Policy expert and consultant on adaptation, researcher of green infrastructure solutions

I am an expert on adaptation to climate change working on the topic since 2011 both in international policy-making and consulting roles.

I am currently also undertaking a research toward a doctoral degree at the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia on urban green infrastructure as a solution to various urban issues, including an adaptation/resilience measure.

In my research I examine the life-cycle performance of urban green infrastructure to facilitate deeper understanding of the role of green infrastructure, support the optimisation of social, environmental and economic benefits, and minimisation of detriments. I seek to advance a methodology for holistic green infrastructure life-cycle assessments serving the needs of decision-makers.
