Me gustaría oír - ver a las actoras directas de las problemáticas en cuestión, aportando su visisón sobre su vivencia particular, y desde esa perspectiva directa e inmediata, como llegan las soluciones, qué tiempo transcurre para ello y si cambian las actitudes de manera permanente en su entorno. Mucho se ha hecho, pero en el campo, todavía ese emponderamiento esta sujeto a patrones sociales difíciles de superar y las estructuras estatales distan de transformarse con la rapidez a las necesidades imperantes. Los conceptos establecidos son reacios a la apertura, cuestión cultural, legal y económica, que tanto apelar a los valores, nos hará transformar esa exclusión ?
Las estrategias aplicadas, que tanto nos están dando resultado ? Necesitamos una mayor integración entre los actores de agencias y gobiernos, las Declaraciones de Derechos Humanos, sobre la Mujer y demás, deberían ser más vinculantes y más susceptibles a supervisión ?
